Pedagogical studies continually seek to develop techniques and methodologies that can enhance the learning of individuals, the internalization of knowledge that must be seized ( significant knowledge which one hardly forgets that go beyond simple memorization .) And with this trigger advances in learning , collaborative and supportive manner , valuing the dignity of the human person , the ethical concepts in the formation of conscious of their rights and duties citizen. That may cause changes in behavior therefore acts on the formation of values that enhance coexistence in the workplace , improving the organizational climate and making that productivity increases due to satisfaction of their employees .
The professional business educator acts in the formation of company employees through a formative education. Has the expertise to diagnose problems and find the best soluções.Cabe them to select and enable employees within the business environment . This professional is able to develop projects, research , reports , and can operate in strategic management with management or human resources area making study the profiles of the candidates and acting on continuous training of employees .
As is easily verified , the greatest wealth of an organization is not your net worth , but are people exercising their working role in it , so the main focus will be on the behavior of organizations and climate , along with management resulting in greater productivity and a greater appreciation of the employees . Therefore it requires a constant search for satisfaction of the people who produce and ensure the sustainability and viability of the business . Appreciation of its activities through training, courses enhancement , monitoring and development of their daily practices in the environment trabalho.Para both the professional business educator has the need to be constantly critical of your work , do upgrades , specialized courses in area , studying new methods and share their knowledge with the group .
Be demanding and flexible at the same time, this is one of the main functions of professional business educator , having in mind a healthy practice of maintaining dialogue with all employees who need your ajuda.Trabalhar holistically , thinking the whole, observing , analyzing and acting preventively to reduce the risk of losses , both material and human , in the case of dismissal of a good employee going through a family crisis and can not concentrate at work, or any health problems that could harm your desempenho.Fazer the survey of priorities to be resulting from research with collaborators . Seeking to intervene to prevent conflicts of interest between management and employees , or relationship conflicts between employees seeking a harmonious and supportive work environment.
