Currently, the professional Supervisory Teacher Education should be the mediator between the direction of the school and the faculty. Always be updated with the teaching techniques through continuous and significant learning can occur through municipal conferences, regional, national and international symposia, conferences, courses and broad expertise sensu, research, lectures and mainly work in the area.
As for performance in the faculty, the educational supervisor needs to be aware of the difficulties of the group. Trying to be a guiding methodologies that can be applied to learners in order to facilitate learning making it meaningful to the student. This professional works clarifying the doubts that may arise in the development of teaching applied. It should also collaborate in the training of teachers providing educational refresher courses resignifying teaching practices, making them opinion leaders, seeking to adapt them to the law 9394/96, law guidelines and bases of national education, not only forming labor for the market, but a training aimed at citizenship and the enhancement of human dignity, that is humanizing the process of teaching and learning.
What should be clear is that the educational supervisor's supervisor, facilitator therefore does not impose your knowledge, share it. Logo does not determine how a teacher should lead the learner interaction process with the form of learning applied by the teacher only suggests a way that can bring a more efficient learning, seeks to minimize the learning difficulties and maximize the students' interest.
The supervisor teacher together with teachers, counselors, teachers and management seek to bring the best available resources in education for daily life of the school.
