Which may cause behavioral changes therefore will act in the formation of values that improve the coexistence in the workplace, improving the organizational climate and making productivity increase, because the satisfaction of their employees. The professional business teacher acts in the formation of the company's employees through a formative education. It has the expertise to diagnose the problems and seek the best soluções.Cabe him select and enable employees within the business environment.
This professional is able to develop projects, studies, reports, and can operate in strategic management with management or human resources making study of candidates' profiles and acting in the continuous training of employees. As is easily verified, the greatest wealth of an organization are not your movable or immovable property, let alone the value of their shares, but they are the people in it exert their working function, and therefore the main focus will be on behavior and climate of organizations along with management resulting in increased productivity and a greater appreciation of employees.
