Its function is to coordinate the political pedagogical project with the school community seeking context, the inclusion of the hidden curriculum of learners to their due appreciation always providing opportunities for the solutions of the conflicts of society within a democratic and refreshing environment.
Anyway, the school administrator also termed as manager, manager, should strengthen and develop a well-structured organization, healthy climate, without conflicts and competitions baseless ... manages conflicts, solving them. Manages the integration and understanding between faculty, students and community in order to improve the relationship, the quality of teaching and participative management.
