Corporate Education designates activities to stimulate personal and professional development undertaken within firms . The term was coined by Professor Maria Luiza Martins Holtz .
Pedagogy and the Company makes a perfect wedding. Both have similar goal for individuals , especially in the current times .
A company is always an association of persons , to explore an activity , led by entrepreneur , entrepreneurial person who directs and leads that activity in order to achieve well -defined goals and ideals .
Pedagogy is the science that studies and applies doctrines and principles toward a program of action in relation to training, improvement and encouragement of all the powers of the personality of the people , according to ideals and goals set .
Both the Company and the Pedagogy act toward the realization of ideals and objectives defined in the work of bringing about changes in people's behavior . This shift caused , in people's behavior towards a goal, is called learning and learning is the specialty of pedagogy and pedagogue .
The responsibilities of the business educator include :
Knowing the solutions to the issues surrounding the productivity of human beings , the goal of every company .
Meet and work toward the goals of the private company where he works .
Drive people working at the company , officers and employees , towards the defined objectives, human and business .
Promote the necessary conditions (training , events , meetings, parties , fairs , exhibitions , tours ) for the integral development of people , influencing them positively ( educational process ) , aiming to optimize productivity.
Advise, preferably in writing , about the most effective conduct of managers to employees and for those with the management in order to encourage the development of business productivity .
Driving the human relationship with the Company , through actions that ensure the maintenance of the positive and pleasant , stimulating productivity .
The training is offered in Business Educator specialization courses and masters for various institutions of higher learning. The courses are recognized by the Ministry of Education - MEC .
Several companies have instituted training and people development programs , the process can be through the creation of a Corporate University .
