Based on the text "As innovative leaders treat creative ideas" of Jairus Siqueira.
Often, managers, entrepreneurs, evaluators criticize in a non constructive idea given by find it nonsensical, decontextualized to the time the Company or other similar argument. Not giving chances to show their creator perspective, his vision of the project presented. So ready to render the idea that there was a speculation enough to be considered promising and not even investigated the changes that could turn it into something productive and profitable. This often inhibits the production of new ideas eventually undermine the progress by repression incultido strategic assessment by a castrating and not edifying; enabler for adaptation study of alternatives to the idea that even in its essence would have changed the valuable collaboration of a person who is in everyday business that deals with the difficulties quite often.
Well motivated people tend to want to participate more effectively in the company, developing ideas to problems faced in the organization and in their own lives. So well received are, these ideas can solve various obstacles found within companies that were asking for further study in organizations working with skilled management (experts) would be extremely expensive, not to mention the dependence of strategies that would be used by these organizations .
So it is necessary to be aware of all the ideas, making a comprehensive database and meaningful, allowing the ideas according to business need. Seeking primarily motivate employees in order to continue to think of new solutions, which will contribute to the advancement of this work and the company itself.
Finally the evaluators of projects, ideas will have the mission to constructively criticize everything that is prepared by the employees, after all human beings like to be valued and recognized for what it produces, by establishing what he does. Even if not complete the project or idea must take into account the interest that the employee had to share his knowledge seeking, the evaluator, suggesting reasonable changes in favor of the feasibility of the project. Without foregoing quality to the company's success.
