Developmental Psychology




The most interesting theory to my practice and that can influence in a positive way in my work are Vygotsky and Freud, because despite not work directly with children, and be packed in a technical school health in which the student body is composed of adolescents and adults deal with teachers, students and the community and therefore have to try to understand more deeply the problems of these people and become a better trader.
My role is administrative work as agent asset also collaborate in strategic sector of the Technical School of Health Daniel Herbert de Souza Quintino located in and part of FAETEC subordinate to the secretary of science and technology. The ETESHJS works for the quality of education and its faculty and students and critically conscious. The school is well managed, the figure of the director who runs so that your employees can participate in the major changes that directly or indirectly affect the institution ensino.Tendo the satisfaction of students, employees and society its greatest return.
Seeking to understand the behavior in learning, as well as their stage for continuous improvement, will be contributing to the enhancement of quality of both theoretical and practical activities related to administrative work as teaching. Noting the facts of everyday school life and learning in interaction with the working group improving my practice by exchanging ideas, criticizing them as needed to understand and improve not only my work but also my friends and colleagues using the fundamentals touted Vygotsky.
Freud shows us that the events of our personal history, seemingly forgotten, continue to influence our behavior and sensitize certain existential situations. What can cause a disagreement at work, a more drastic with friends and family. The important thing is to try to solve the dilemma of how to help people who are in a situation of profound social devaluation improving interpersonal relationships based on solidarity dispelling doubts interiors and exteriors.
When using the group chat to seek solutions through social interaction, using the knowledge shared by the information of the components of the group that once instigated quickly solve the problems posed. Also we use the knowledge so irreverent and relaxed facilitating the emergence of original ideas because there is a greater openness in the group without primary concern to criticize but to aggregate knowledge in a playful manner.
My expertise is in training youth and adults for that Paulo Freire and Vygotsky influenced enough. It is the interaction we learn more and better quality. The presence of a mediator is needed to condizir studies in an organized and productive.
Updating data for 2013, completed the course Specialist in Educational Psychology in 2006. I worked as an agent sheet until 2008 did Specialization in School Administration and Supervision in 2011.Logo after a Specialization in Public Law.
