Professional Education, teacher, is responsible for the dissemination of knowledge developed scientifically. It is the mediator of the systematic knowledge of important values for the training of citizens, such as ethics, human behavior, interpersonal relationships, rights and duties.
The teacher, professional education, is critical to the process of teaching and learning, guiding students in their theoretical and practical training. Using pedagogical methods as the proximal zone Vigotsky, whereby students learn best when they interact with each other, discussing the matter, investigating the alternatives appropriate for the solution of the problem, building the internalizing knowledge. And the teacher is the mediator of this process, prompting the learner, making the student takes pleasure in the pursuit of knowledge. When this professional education is able to combine knowledge, dialogue and student interest, learning takes place at a high level. The more the learner feel stimulated further is knowledge and better is the result of their studies.
Therefore it is necessary that the professional teacher can practice their learning techniques holistically, collaborative, supportive, transformative and emancipatory, the more he learns and teaches teaching learning, dialogue with the pedagogical trends, eat contextuality with the humanization of learning, knowing that each being is unique and has different ways of communicating making a world of reading individually, then moving to the collective way to integrate society as a citizen.
Soon the more this professional education act with reflection of their practices, dialogue with the learners for them to build a significant knowledge to their professional and social practices. For this to happen it is necessary to diversify the methodologies applied in the teaching-learning process making it not be exhausting, uninteresting. Rather, it should be research on what one wants to learn, group work and / or individual, exhibitions of works to spread them between students and classes, content enhancement, the textual production of learners, lectures, cultural fairs, congresses, in short, everything that can encourage them in the pursuit of pleasurable knowledge.
