PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: TEACHER
The Professional Education teacher, is responsible for the dissemination of knowledge elaborated scientifically. It is the mediator of systematized knowledge, values important to the formation of the citizen, such as ethics, human behavior, interpersonal relationship, rights and duties.
The teacher, professional education is critical to the process of teaching and learning, guiding students in their theoretical and practical training. Using teaching methods such as zone of proximal Vygotsky, whereby students learn best when they interact with each other, discussing the subject, investigating alternatives applicable to the solution of the problem, building knowledge internalizing it. And the teacher is the facilitator of this process, prompting the learner, making the student has pleasure in the pursuit of knowledge. When this education professional is able to combine the knowledge, dialogue and student interest, learning occurs at a high level. The more the learner feel stimulated, is deeper and better knowledge is the result of his studies.
As soon as this further professional education act reflection of their practices, talk to the learners for them to build a significant knowledge to their professional and social practices. For this to happen it is necessary to diversify the methodologies applied in the teaching-learning process making it not be tiresome, uninteresting. Rather, it should be research on what you want to learn, work in a group and / or individual exhibitions of work to spread them among students and classes, enhancing the content of textual production of learners, lectures, cultural fairs, congresses, in short, everything that can encourage them in the pursuit of knowledge pleasurable.
