Throughout life we come to deal with different sources of knowledge
Education is a process of transformation of the human being in which causes it to develop their potential according to the environment in which he lives, for this to occur the human need references as being the main family, social and cultural references.
The human being acquires different ways and habits as how to be, act, think and feel about these differences is changes that occur through the globalization process; which is a new conception of society in which we are completely involved and that involvement occurs from birth and goes through various daily experiences in family, social and school environment, even when we die, because we are constantly changing.
Throughout life we come to deal with different sources of knowledge both inside and outside of school experiences and every experience we learn these different ways and attitudes.
With globalization we see huge challenges to school, because it is occupying a significant space in the daily routine of children and young people, because beyond the art of teaching she will transmit values that are fundamental to social life.
Today the school is a place full of learning, ie, a type of learning where study from curricular content to the formation of citizens. Currently the school is no longer a dark and oppressive as it was last going to be an establishment of dialogue and freedom with harmonic and pleasant development in their environment, for education professionals dealing with culture and moral and ethical values.
For this to occur it is necessary that the work of education professionals to constitute a political, educational and collective commitment to better accomplish the task of educating citizens, within this expression one sees that there is a hierarchy within the school context. Occurs is the job of the educator and for this work may have felt the need to work from the other members of the school environment. In which enters the pupil, teacher, supervisor, principal and other members of the school.
The school supervisor, the research object of this study, whose function is to guide the group of teachers, defy, incite, challenge, motivate, awakening in them a desire, pleasure, engagement with the work and sharing the joys of the results.
The action of the school supervisor is assigned to complex functions, support and partnership with the teacher what kind of relationship he establishes with the group of teachers, which leads, becomes the essence of the development of their work. The School Supervisor, therefore, is the professional organizer or supervisor of pedagogical work developed by teachers in a school.
Within this work in the course of this work will further the work of educational supervisor to forward external evaluations that have occurred recently in Brazil.
The objective of this work is to understand the main issues of school supervision within the external school evaluation mechanism in which lies within the pedagogic practice, policy, culture emphasizing the efficiency of communication between the school and the teacher supervisor.
The external school evaluation is a type of research conducive to the school supervisor regarding revision of its procedures rests with the school supervisor redirect the teacher to follow the learning path to provide better external result. This result goes on to become a sign for reflection and self-criticism for the teacher to realize what can be improved within the classroom.
The role of the school supervisor in relation to all professionals from educational institutions is the supervisor who sets the position to do, act, move and engage the community of interacting relationships in school, in the classroom in which students are placed .
To Medina (1997), the work of the supervisor, centered on the action of the teacher can not be mistaken as advice or consultancy, to be a job that requires involvement and commitment.
According to the author the school supervisor has as object the production work of the teacher - student learning - and worries especially with the quality of this production. Therefore, the object of the work supervisor is student learning through teacher where both work as a team depending on one another. The fundamental role of the supervisor is considered: being the great harmonizer of the school environment.
For Alves (1994), the supervisor should be the professional in charge of the control of any action, the school supervisor should be responsible for promoting the interaction between theory and practice, between thought and action.
