Throughout life we now live with different sources of knowledge
Education is a process of transformation of the human being which causes it to develop its potential according to the environment you live in, for this to occur humans need referrals being the main family, social and cultural references.

The human being acquires different ways and habits and the way to be, act, think and feel about these differences occur changes that occur through the process of globalization; which is a new conception of society in which we are fully involved and that this involvement occurs from birth and goes through various everyday experiences among family, social and school, even when we die because we are in constant transformation.

Throughout life we now live with different sources of knowledge both inside and outside the school experience and experience in each of these learned the different ways and attitudes.

With globalization we can see major challenges to school because this is occupying a significant space in the daily routine of children and young people, because besides the art of teaching she will transmit values that are fundamental to life in society.

Today the school is a complete learning space, ie, a type of learning which are studied from the curriculum content to the formation of citizens. Currently the school is no longer a dark and oppressive environment as it was in the past becoming an establishment of dialogue and freedom with harmonious and pleasant development in their environment, for education professionals dealing with culture and moral and ethical values.

For this to occur it is necessary that the education of professional work to constitute a political, educational and collective commitment in order to better fulfill the task of forming citizens within this expression it can be seen that there is a hierarchy within the school context. It occurs to the work of the educator and that this work may have felt the need to work the other members of the school environment. In which enters the student, teacher, supervisor, principal and other school members.

The school supervisor, research object of this study, whose function is to guide the group of teachers, challenge, instigate, question, motivate, awakening in them a desire, pleasure, engagement with the work and sharing the joys of the results.

The action of the school supervisor is assigned to complex functions, support and partnership with the teacher the kind of relationship he establishes with the group of teachers, which leads, becomes the essence of the development of their work. The School Supervisor, therefore, is the professional organizer or supervisor of the pedagogical work of the teachers in a school.

In this work in the course of this work will be deepened the educational front supervisor role to external evaluations that have occurred recently in Brazil.

The objective of this work is to understand the main issues of school supervision within the external school evaluation mechanism in which lies within the pedagogical practices, political, cultural, highlighting the efficiency of communication between the school and the teacher supervisor.

The external school evaluation is a type of research conducive to the school supervisor on the review of its procedures rests with the school supervisor redirect the teacher to follow the path of learning that provide better external results. This result goes on to become a sign for reflection and self-criticism for the teacher to realize what can be improved within the classroom.

The role of the school supervisor For all professional educational institutions the supervisor maketh the position to do, act, move and engage the community of interacting relationships at school, in the classroom in which students are inserted .
To Medina (1997), the work supervisor, centered on the action of the teacher can not be mistaken as advice or consultation, to be a job that requires involvement and commitment.

According to her school supervisor has the job object the production of the teacher - student learning - and is concerned especially with the quality of this production. Therefore, the supervisor of the work object is student learning through teacher where both work as a team one depending on the other. It is considered the key role of supervisor: be the great harmonizer of the school environment.
For Alves (1994), the supervisor should be the professional in charge of the control of any action, the school supervisor should be responsible for promoting the interaction between theory and practice, between thought and action.
