The influence of the Supervisory Teacher Training in Educational Faculty .

The Professional Teacher Supervisor is one who observes the teaching learning process of the school . It evaluates the performance of the divisions under his supervision , mainly in the form of application of the methodologies chosen by the teacher to the process of learning these classes . It is for the Supervisory Teacher guidance in teaching part of the learning process . Promoting dialogue with teachers to resolve doubts and questions about pedagogical theories and their importance for teaching , giving options to teachers on how to convey the curriculum .
When one thinks of the Supervisory Teacher Educational functions have to reconcile schedules with the needs of the teachers of the courses they belong and the number of classes prescribed in the Course menu , semester or school year. Apply the School Rules , the National Curriculum Standards , the National Council on Education and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education ( LDBEN 9394/96 ) . Preparing lectures , seminars, workshops, pedagogical study courses with the purpose of providing continuing education for teachers . Develop in conjunction with other professionals School Unit and representatives of students and community , the School of Political Pedagogical Project Institution . Be the mediator between the Direction and Faculty , indicating possible solutions to problems that may arise regarding the learning classes. Driving the Class Council whenever requested , hearing the class representatives about the difficulties in school life in interpersonal relationships between these learners and their teachers , in teaching practices . Also listening to teachers about the behavior of the classes they teach , the performance of learners in school practices , in frequency, of the recovery strategies of students who have difficulties to follow the disciplines .
It is noteworthy that not simply just be encyclopedic learning , traditional, formal , based only on theories . Supervisor directs that learning is emancipatory , and therefore more comprehensive , take into account the knowledge that the student already has (hidden curriculum ) , that is meaningful , inclusive , and has to do with the current context . The teacher can provide practical activities that relate to the play when they finish school . The Supervisory Teacher should guide where necessary , how to approach and communicate knowledge . Making the learners get curious and encouraged to seek increasingly relevant to their practice knowledge . The teacher will be the facilitator of student learning , encouraging them to research your questions and questioning if they persist .
Finally, the Supervisory Teachers Educational , along with Professors Guiding Educational , Educational Coordinator , the direction , are both employees of the pedagogical as part of school management along with teachers and the community . Mathematically we can say that the Supervisor acts as equalizer of learning processes among faculty members and students seeking to dialogue provide an emancipatory learning.
