The Professional Education , School Teacher inspector is responsible for verifying the documentation of the school , such as making certificates , transcripts, diploma, statements , among others . Assists the educational sector and the clarification of the laws that affect everyday school life , such as school legislation, reports of the national board of education , state boards of education , National Curriculum Parameters ( PCN ) , rules, regulations , etc.Dando guidance on how to act within the law .
Professor School Inspector should have a solid knowledge of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education , LDBEN 9394/96 , the NCP's , the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil , CRFB/1988 . Must also have notions of administrative law, mainly broad concept of legality and lawfulness restricted . The difference is that the broad legality is given to the citizen , or a citizen can do anything that is not prohibited or restricted by law ; already restricted legality is relevant to Public Administration can only do what is in the law , in the form or letter of the Law
Can this Professional Education also check with the teaching staff on procedures for students , such as measures taken to improve the performance of students on truancy , evaluation methods , observe the PPP ( Project Political ) ; sign next to their holdings School Institution .
