SERIES PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: TEACHER SCHOOL INSPECTOR
The Professional Education, Teacher School Inspector is responsible for verifying the documentation of the school, such as making certificates, historical school, diplomas, statements, among others. Assists the educational sector as well as the clarification of the laws that affect everyday school life, such as school law, opinions of the national board of education, state boards of education, the National Curriculum Guidelines, rules, regulations, guidelines on how etc.Dando act within the law.
Professor School Inspector should be knowledgeable of the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, LDBEN 9394/96, the NCP's, the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, CRFB / 1988. Should also have notions of administrative law, mainly broad concept of legality and lawfulness restricted.
