The Professional Education , teacher counselor , is responsible for the mediation of students with educational supervisors , pedagogical coordinator , teachers , guardians of students ( when smaller ) and school management . Join the main problems of learners ( students ) as those with learning difficulties , those who have an excessive number of absences , those having relationship problems with peers , low self-esteem among other things .
The Guidance Counselor teacher should also join the Class Council , along with teachers , supervisors, teachers , head teachers of the course , teacher pedagogical coordinator , head teacher ( manager ) , representative ( s ) and secretary of the school ( s ) representative ( s ) classes. In Class Council lists the students who need guidance and outlines strategies to help them .
Teachers Advisors work together with Professors Supervisors for the teaching-learning process more effective . Together elaborate practices to meet the needs of the faculty, such as explanation of the theories of learning , theories and practices of teaching , psychology and sociology of education . Can promote lectures to students and staff on educational issues that have domain.
