Because I am against impeachment
We are seeing a big legal farce, supported by Members whose moral integrity is highly questioned, headed by a president suspected, at least with several Members who should be investigated and removed from office. What we are seeing is a way to validate a blow with a false legal basis, which is being funded by a people who are being manipulated so that everything goes unfavorable to the government form. No wonder the result of lack of decorum of parliamentarians, that even without valid legal arguments, try to justify abusively that the Government has made some crime, that other governments committed and were not even asked, or are accused of crime.
It is therefore a political trial, and would have to be technical and ethical, moral, and this is far from happening. I hope that the Supreme Court is triggered so that there is an injustice, a conspiracy of people associated for parties that want to overthrow a president for the simple fact that no political power to win the votes and try to win through political and legal artifices.
When speaking of a well-written text legally, we can mention the Union Attorney General, which states that the impeachment is null and void at the time they did not give the full rights of defense for the head of the National Executive and also there is no crime of responsibility.
So what is this doing, with the staging of parties declaring themselves in favor of impeachment is simply a political and not legal factor. The truth is that not do an injustice to give satisfaction to a part of the population that is being manipulated by parties and people who not only do not understand public law, or Public Management and think they can manage the country spreading chaos and distrust among the people.
